Garage website design in Haverhill: a perfect rating nobody could find.
BW Vehicle Services is rated 5.0 on Google, from every review it has ever had. In July it had no website at all, so Google had nowhere to send the click. Ben had a mock-up in his inbox within 24 hours and a finished site two weeks later, built for local search and AI answers from the first line of code.

The problem
The reputation was flawless. The listing was empty.
Before a line of code, we audit the Google profile, because for a local trade that listing is the shopfront. We scored BW's on 23 July 2026 against our 48-point local pack model, weighted to a 93-point scale. It came back 35 out of 93, band: invisible. A profile built to rank scores 80 or better.
The 5.0 rating is the hardest signal in local search to earn, and Ben already had it. Reviewers named him by name and used the same three words over and over: reliable, professional, fair. It was carrying the entire business on its own, because nothing underneath it was built.

That last row is deliberate. The rating was never the problem and we take no credit for it.
The build
Two weeks, start to finish.
A four-page site is a small job. It is also the job most garages never get done, because the quote comes back at six weeks and full of words nobody asked for. Here is what actually happened.
1
Day 0
One call, no jargon
Jake and Adam took the discovery call. Ben handed over his Google Business Profile and his brand assets, said what the business does, and that was his part finished.
2
Day 1
Mock-up in his inbox
Within 24 hours of the call, a design to react to rather than a document to read. Nothing gets built off a conversation nobody can picture.
Under 24 hours from call to first design
3
Week 1
Four pages, built round the phone call
Home, Services, Our Work and Contact. Twelve of Ben's own job photos with captions, because a gallery of stock cars proves nothing. An FAQ written from the questions he already answers on the phone every week, and a logo cleaned up and packaged as reusable brand assets.

Week 2
How we optimised technical SEO
AutoRepair schema with the address, hours, coordinates and Ben named as founder. FAQ schema on all eight questions. Haverhill and the surrounding villages named in the copy rather than stuffed into it. This is the layer that decides whether an AI engine can answer "who fixes cars in Haverhill" with your name in it. It is the same GEO work we do for national brands, scaled to a garage.

Launch
Fast, because half his customers are on a phone
Domain moved to Cloudflare, responsive images, caching, contrast and navigation fixes. Tap-to-call and WhatsApp in the header and in a fixed mobile action bar, so the whole site is one thumb away from a booking. A live map and a Get Directions button, because the next step after "yes" is "where".

Handover
The bit most agencies skip
The website added to the Google profile so the listing finally has somewhere to send the click. A printed review poster and QR code for the counter, and a 30-day plan for the profile itself: the missing services, the secondary categories, the photo brief, the replies to all seven reviews. That profile work is our local SEO service, and for a local trade it usually moves the needle before the website does. Ben owns the site outright.
Someone whose clutch has gone does not browse. They search, they look for one reason to trust you, and they ring. The site is built for exactly that: the town in the first line, the six things BW does, twelve photos of real jobs off the ramp, three of Ben's own Google reviews word for word, and a phone number that is never more than a thumb away.
No filler, no "passionate about excellence", nothing standing between a visitor and the phone number. Ben's business, described the way he describes it.
Ben said it loads instantly. Google's own test agrees. We ran the live homepage through PageSpeed Insights on 2 September 2026: 99 for performance on a phone and 100 on desktop, with 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO on both. Anyone can rerun it.

★★★★★
"I came to Wolfstone because I needed a proper website. We'd been running on word of mouth, but search for us online and there was next to nothing there. I know nothing about SEO and I wanted help with our AI visibility.
Had a chat with Jake and Adam and they got it straight away. No jargon, just told me what needed doing.
Mock-up was in my inbox within 24 hours. Two weeks later I had a finished website, optimised for SEO and AI search. It looks smart and it loads instantly, which matters when half our customers are on their phones.
The whole job was painless. Discovery call, handed over my Google Business Profile and brand assets, and they cracked on with it. If your business needs a better online presence, or you want to get found on AI, give these lads a call."

Straight answer
What we are not claiming.
The site went live in August 2026. A domain that new has no ranking history, and we are not going to print a traffic number we cannot source. Every figure on this page is either a build fact or a before-state measurement, dated, from the audit and the signed scope.
What is true today is that the foundations exist where there were none: a site attached to the profile, the services named, the work shown, and business facts a search engine or an AI model can actually read. Rankings follow foundations. They do not arrive with them, and any agency telling a two-week-old garage site otherwise is selling something.
The next chapter is the review engine and the profile plan Ben already has in his hands. We will update this page when there are numbers worth showing.
Next step
Well liked is not the same as findable.
If your customers rate you and Google still can't find you, that gap is fixable, and it usually takes weeks rather than months. Tell us what your business does and we will tell you straight what needs doing.
